Panic/Duress Feature

STIKABA provides an additional layer of protection for situations in which a user may be forced to operate the STIKABA under threat or duress.

During initial STIKABA initialization and personalization, the user can define a private “Threat Phrase.” If the Threat Phrase is later entered, the STIKABA is disabled, rendering it unusable for encryption, decryption, and Key management.

The Panic/Duress Feature extends STIKABA security beyond protecting encrypted information—it provides another mechanism designed to protect both the user and their data when security is threatened.
